Quick post, Richmond Old Deer Park 10k this weekend, which also gives me the chance to go back to Hitchin to see the ‘rents.
On Sunday I will be mainly trying to keep up with Becca, although the course is flat enough so I should really be on the lookout to beat my (quite crap) PB – 48.20
